DIRECTIONS: Cleanse your body with the soap of your preference as you would in a spiritual bath. After you complete this step take your Alchemy Bar Soap you can pair it with one of our affirmation candles. As you light your candle you can repeat both affirmation phrases as you cleanse your body with our soap bar as many times needed, when you are done you can air dry preferably. (Good for 3-6 baths depending on individual needs)
